personal performance at training was dismal.
totally exhausted. totally drained.
next session will require more preparation. more focus. more willpower.
I KNOW I CAN DO THIS.

i also think i need to load up on carbs depending on training days too. *BAH SIAN JIT PUA*

on ANOTHER note, i am now 2 kg lighter!!!! thank you dr tan. you rock my world.
