All is clear.

Bfast
warm water w lemon juice
beancurd from Mr Bean

Lunch
1 pack jap crackers
Beef organs soup w half bowl rice – trying to stay off simple carbs. heard it makes stools sticky. i don’t want no constipation no more.

Snack
Yoghurt w muesli. -SHIOK. LOVE IT. MUESLI LOVE.

Dinner
some vietnamese soda and a vietnamese sandwich from Raffles City.

H2O intake – at least 2.5 litres today. i like.

on another note, i was awoken at 5.30am this morning by my tummy.
i should really endeavour to stay awake the moment i open my eyes in the morning rather than put the alarm clock on snooze.

training tmrw. i need to up my intensity. i need to work out more. endurance is crap still. i have 6 weeks.
(that’s if i make the team.)

otherwise, tomorrow is all i’ve got. 

no more next times. EVER.
