geez. so totally fatigued today. didn’t go to church. watched the live streaming of the service online instead. coolios.
this was followed by continuing with  design work and a super hot afternoon of rugby after. toohotoohotoohot.
having a headache now. but still working on some stuff. very very SLOWLY. lacklustre training on friday left my lower back sore for the first time in 1.5 years. it’s still sore now. ’tis tough playing a competitive sport at amateur level. i wish we could be paid to train. then we will be able to obtain ripped idol-material bods that we see on telly.

*sob*

rah. back to work.

    If the lower back pain is a recurring problem, I recommend working on hip mobility with bodyweight squats, lunges, lateral squats and hip flexor stretches. If these exercises are foreign to you, please refer to this link for further information.
