11 and a half weeks

HOHO. Approximately 2.5 months. 
4 weeks in and the core is now stronger than when I first started. I WAS TOFU THEN.
5kg off.  4% body fat lost. 
And this is with slacking a little the past 2 weeks and eating shitloads over the weekend. 

Intervals rocked tonight.  

I really need to get food QUICK the moment I’m done with working out. Got home and felt really bloated from all the air that had accumulated. Some ginger tummy rub made it all better. 

Weight loss is really 20% exercise and 80% NUTRITION.  No fancy supplements. Nothing. Just real food. This I now firmly believe. Preventative medicine is da bomb.
