gym tonight. am stoked.
after the session, i will endeavour to complete 30 mins of simulated interval sprints on the cybex. feels like running. loving it. glutes burn tomorrow.
aiming to lose another 5kg by end of the year.
dunno if can play hook if at that weight though.

can’t wait for new knee.
trying to figure out what exercises can be done whilst knee is in brace.
will experiment and see how lower abs can be worked without lifting the right leg in first two weeks of recovery post-op.

30 july come quick.
