Back at it again.

3.30pm – Hydrotherapy (quite fun but am sure it won’t be a bed of roses post-op)

6pm – Gym. Crazy abductor adductor workout. Couldn’t stand after. 700 cals for cardio. steady state + short tabata style intervals.

Did some grocery shopping after. Natural yoghurt, bananas, milk, soya milk and eggs. POWER FOOOOOOOOOOD. Boiling is my best friend.

Home – Made lunch for tmrw. Sweet potato, chicken breast, broccoli, boiled egg whites. woot.

Training tmrw night. Gotta log in hours for work in the day.

Sleep by midnight tonight.
