Post Op Week 9.5

So damn tired and busy the past few weeks. Haven’t had time to update. I think legs are getting stronger. Going rockclimbing with some colleagues during lunch tmrw. Night time mega LEGS workout. First full on workout of the week. Can’t wait. Maybe can throw in some rope skipping. But currently bleeding to death so don’t know how that will go.

Will have to plan work out during the day based on how I feel. Must do legs though. Maybe just not too much. Gotta keep strengthening. Coming to the end of Week 10 already.

Maybe it’s time to increase frequency of legs workout. Every alternate day perhaps?  Less intensity, more reps, more partials.

MUST STEP UP MUST STEP UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT TO BE ABLE TO RUN IN 6 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On another note, a damn good website.
