Post Op End Week 10

Haven’t worked out good and proper in 3 days.

Saturday – Workout was kinda half arsed compared to the other times.
Pigged out on cheese, pork ribs and other food for dinner.  Diet FAIL.
Sunday – Wedding dinner
Monday – Didn’t eat that much but didn’t work out either. Accompanied grandma in the evening and walked the whole AMK hub with her.
Tuesday – Ate rubbish because of company event. Finished off the evening with sinful sinful indian food and bits of fries and burgers.

Wednesday – Must work out. Probably work on proprioception. agility and major resistance intervals  on cardio. Will try to get back to Sarg Slaughter’s 700 cal resistance workout. Minimal leg work. Prolly some SL stuff with the Swiss Ball. Then concentrate on core.

I miss sweating buckets.  Feeling damn bloated now.BLEAH.

Time for bed. Too little sleep the past 3 nights. Urgh.
