and so taking my lecturer’s suggestion into all seriousness, i decided to try it out.

200 air squats. fast.

result: lung burn + digestive system out of whack.

    its bad. my goal…200 in 2 sets of 100. i’m still hurting. DOMS now.
    bad but so good. best way to burn calories = interval training. more work over a shorter period of time. tested through physics.
    you play with the rate of work done.
    go fast go hard. 🙂
