and so aung san su kyi is free.


the one woman that the whole military is afraid of but won’t admit to it.

they kept her behind those gates for 15 years. and now she’s finally free….i hope this freedom is permanent.

i hope change comes to burma.

its an exciting time.

i admire her courage to stand up for what she believes in.

but not only that. i admire the burmese citizens who support her…those who brave all fronts and expose themselves to the media….risking every chance of getting caught by the military junta.


i don’t think i would be able to do that. then again, maybe i would…at some point…when push comes to shove.

i might say “yes” then.
