Deadlifts

belly full of air. brace. tensioned back // ground. don’t let hips fall too low. pre-tension 30%. should feel as if gonna fall backwards if release grip. slow pull from ground up to knees before full extension at hip. 

Push press

belly full of air. brace midsection. slight dip at knees. aggressive push up w quick hip and knee extension. 

Front squat

BRACEEEEEEEEEEE YO ABS YOU IDIOT.
