more reminders – P / PP / PJ

Press – rack at collarbone. push lightly into trachea. do not rack too low. waste effort in pressing bar up. lock out elbows at top. 

push press – brace, slight dip in knees, look UP,  full knee and hip ext, press up LAST. be aggressive. and quick, lock out elbows at top. 

push jerk – brace, slight dip in knees, look UP, quick transition into quarter squat posn. Note foot placement. should not be too wide. lock out elbows at top. 

Snatch – Tap and go. TAP and GO.
